Our version of the famous Italian durum wheat flour is finely ground and has a rich dark yellow tint and contains elastic gluten. Ideal for traditional fresh pastas and also mixed in with soft flours to make delicious breads. When making pizza, this semolina produces a fresh tasty, crisp crust when blended with our "00" pizza flour. Also, you can use our semolina to prevent dough from sticking to surfaces. 2.5lb.
