Cannelloni are shaped like cylinders and are usually served baked with a filling and like spinach and ricotta or minced beef and then covered in delicious sauce. We recommend covering in Glorioso's Meatless Sauce, bechamel sauce, or even Glorioso's Bolognese Sauce.
For Granoro’s Gluten Free pasta, they have chosen a mix of corn flour (both white and yellow), rice flour and quinoa flour. This well-balanced mixture produces a product that is very similar to conventional pasta in terms of color, flavor and consistency, offering a gluten-free option that is just as delicious and flavorsome as durum wheat pasta.
