Penne Rigate is a very versatile pasta. The ridges and tubes on this pasta make it excellent for retaining sauce. Use this pasta with our Bolognese, Puttanesca, or Meat Sauces. In fact, you can use all of our sauces with this pasta!
For Granoro’s Gluten Free pasta, they have chosen a mix of corn flour (both white and yellow), rice flour and quinoa flour. This well-balanced mixture produces a product that is very similar to conventional pasta in terms of color, flavor and consistency, offering a gluten-free option that is just as delicious and flavorsome as durum wheat pasta.
