Salmon is a rich flavorful fish and very healthy due to its abundance of Omega-3 and fatty acids. It is the most popular seafood in the United States. Paired with fresh asparagus and topped with a white butter beurre blanc sauce you will prepare an elegant masterful meal that will impress your friends and family for years to come.
In this hands-on cooking class you will learn how to perfect grilling salmon and asparagus and make a classic French Beurre Blanc (white butter) sauce. Chef will demonstrate how to prepare crispy polenta for you to enjoy as part of your meal. A flight of wine and a mini dessert will also be served.
Our classes are organized so you work together in a hands-on, fun and engaging environment with our professional chef instructor.

Class Details:
• You will be actively cooking and preparing food for 60-90 minutes
• Classes are 2 – 2.5 hours, unless otherwise noted
• Students are grouped into teams of 2
• This class is limited to 24 students
• Please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and be sure to pull back and secure long hair
