Spicy Red Pepper Tonnarelli is one of our favorite Italian pastas from one of our favorite pasta producers, Rustichella d’Abruzzo. Spicy red pepper purées are blended with Durum wheat flour and water to create this delicious, bright red, and deeply satisfying pasta. This red repper Tonnarelli brings a nice heat that pairs well with a variety of sauces and styles of cooking.
Toss with Gorioso's Napa Valley Extra Virgin Olive Oil and top with Pecorino Romano and pepper for an exciting twist on cacio e pepe. We also love this tonnarelli when paired with Glorioso's Arrabbiata Sauce or our robust Puttanesca Sauce. This is a very special pasta that has loads of character!

In 1929, Gaetano Sergiacomo started making rustic pasta using the whole wheat flour produced at his family’s stone mill in the small town of Penne in Abruzzo. Over time, as other family members joined the business, the small pastificio had grown into one of the most extensive artisanal pasta lines in Italy. Today, Rustichella d’Abruzzo offers a diverse selection of pasta, pasta sauce, holiday goods and more. Their family name is synonymous with quality.
